Hi,
On a clean install there are no emails sent to a user apart from the order confirmation. The expected behaviour is that a registrant fills in their details, then the ticket details, hits register and goes through checkout. He should receive an email stating that he is registered at the site and detailing his login details.
Current behaviour is that the order confirmation email is being sent and in it it states the usual "If this is your first order with us, you will receive a separate e-mail with
login instructions. You can view your order history with us at any time by
logging into our website at: "
However, that login email is never sent.
Thanks,

gc11 commentedJust an update for the above. I've worked out why the rule is not firing. When a user signs up on the first page of the registration they input their 'registrant email address', when they then go through to checkout it automatically makes an account for them. The next screen has their account information and if they input the same email address (which most people would) then when the order is complete it does not send the email as the system already sees the account as active.
Or am I missing something?
Thanks,

rgristroph commentedI am seeing this as well.
On a new COD site I am helping a friend with, I am seeing this. The way I made sure is on each email field on the subsequent checkout / registration pages, I put in a new email address, and I get an account confirmation email for each.
If anyone knows how to fix this let me know, if I figure it out I'll post here.
