This release is acting as a stick in the dirt, a tagged release to show the most recent version of the starter kit with all the recent completed patches.

We expect there to be bugs in beta4, especially since we already know about a handful of drupal issues which have been tagged as beta5.

We expect beta5 to a version that all 3 current users of the DSK will be able to roll out to production.
