Classy panel style edit throw a form api error

When I'am editing a classy panel style pane if unserialize() function in classy_panel_styles.inc file can't unserialize string and return false, I get an ajax error with message Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in includes/form.inc and can't edit this form.
