This module uses the settings and features of native CKEditor Site Search Plugin plugin for the searching the selected word(s) within your website.
Requirements:
Drupal 8.x
CKEditor module (Core)
Installation:
- Download the module.
- Download Site Search library and place it in the root libraries folder (/libraries).
- Go to admin/modules and install the module.
- Go to admin/config/content/formats and configure the desired profile.
- Go to the CKEditor plugin settings, enable the search and enter your website's search path.
- Move Site Search button into the Active toolbar.
- Clear your browser's cache, and a new Google Search button will appear in your toolbar.
Use:
Select the word(s) in your WYSIWYG text editor and click on the Site Search icon in the toolbar, voila! a new Site Search will open in a new tab of the selected words(s).
