dercheffeEven after a complete reinstall (following the steps described at the updated project page of this module the error occurs.
I guess it has somethinmg to do with this older issue https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor_emojione/issues/2971957

rj commentedHmmm, I am not getting that error on a fresh install. Couple of questions:

dercheffeHi rj,
thanks for your reply.
yes, I have the libraries module installed (version 8.x-3.0-alpha1).
Before the module upgrade to 1.2, the emojione lib is located in Drupal-Root/libraries/emojione
Before the update to the new module version I deleted the mentioned library and did the install as described at the project page.
After modifying the site's composer.json (installing wikimedia/composer-merge-plugin and added the lines under the extra section too) the library gets installed again at Drupal-Root/libraries/emojione.

jyve commentedSame issue here. The warning appears on the first page load every now and then.

jejddx commentedSame issue here. Solved it by replacing code in src/Plugin/CKEditorPlugin/EmojioneCKEditorButton.php line 59
Comment #7
dercheffeTried to create a patch (first time I do that in my life...) with the changes in comment #6. Please review :)

Kabinfo commented#7 Thanks. Its work.
rj commentedThanks everyone, #6 is the correct fix, the patch in #7 doesn't apply because it wasn't created in the ckeditor_emojione docroot. The attached patch applies correctly.
