Not able to apply directionality(text align) with Accordion Titles

Problem/Motivation

Unable to apply text align features when I add contents with different languages.
For example, I want to apply text align right for arabic nodes. But with the current code, I unable to apply directionality.

Steps to reproduce

Insert accordion in Body of the entity
Click title field. The Text Alignment icon becomes disabled.

Proposed resolution

Following patch file for the accordionediting.js file and then rebuilding the code helps to enable Text aligment icon back and able to apply alignment.
