Uncaught The editor instance "edit-body-und-0-value" is already attached to the provided element

After updating CKEditor module to 7.x-1.18 & WYSIWYG module to 7.x-2.4, i get the following errors

When creating a new node
Uncaught ReferenceError: CKEDITOR is not defined

When i edit the node
Uncaught The editor instance "edit-body-und-0-value" is already attached to the provided element.
