Align button not selected

Hi All,

I have been using CKEditor for a while and not had this issue before. Not sure if it is a module issue of CKEditor. Have Ckeditor module install, library installed, justify plugin, full download etc.... The editor loads as I would expect and works fine.

If I select text and justify it it works, sort of. The class to justify it is inserted, save the node and it displays as expected. Now the issue:

If I select say right align the left align button remains selected. The style, right, has been attached to the selected text, just the toolbar not showing which button is selected.
