Upgrading from Alpha4 to Beta1, seems like a function has been changed or removed.
I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function media_browser_js() in D:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\ckeditor\includes\ckeditor.lib.inc on line 893

As far as I know, the CKeditor module does not support the 2.x branch of the Media module. See #2455391: Call to undefined function media_browser_js() latest Media-7.x-2.x-dev for a solution, or maybe checkout using https://www.drupal.org/project/media_ckeditor instead
