Add plugins managment in profile settings with autoloading them.
From now it's not needed to add anything to config file to load plugin, u only upload plugin to plugins directory of ckeditor module and then it show up in profile settings where u can enable it.
Please check the latest dev release and let me know if you notice any poblems with it. Remember to clear Drupal cache and browsers cache before testing.
