#NOD8CX: I have no plans to have a full D8 release within even a year of when Drupal 8 is released unless someone else volunteers to co-maintain that branch. This is not meant as criticism of the enormous effort others have but into D8, but an attempt to honestly inform anyone using this module of my plans. If you use this module and want to see it upgraded, open an issue asking how you can get involved and make that happen.

The PLUS adds the option to require a contact be in one or several groups in CiviCRM in addition to the contact's membership status before a record is synchronized. A common request from Community Media organizations using CiviCRM has been to prevent someone who had paid for a membership online from making a Reservation, starting a Project, or submitting a Show until they had also completed a new member orientation class, had turned in a signed producer agreement, or some other qualification.

We've written several custom modules for community media sites hosted with A Little Help Hosting, but the requirements were hard coded. This module eliminates the need for those custom modules and allows membership managers to adjust the rules for synchronization themselves.

Known Issues:
#1261182: Users are NOT removed when removed from group in CiviCRM
#1261180: Finish Require All Groups

Funding for the development of this module was provided by channelAustin and the Peoples Channel.
