Allow granularity in enabled functionality [#3456253]

Problem/Motivation

There are 3 separate functionalities this module provides (content generator, content translator, content assistance tool).
It would be nice to have the option to enable / disable the separate functionalities as needed.

Proposed resolution

Add checkboxes that provide this functionality in the settings form.
