chain_menu_access 8.x-1.0-beta5

This is BETA5 of Chain Menu Access API for Drupal 8. It reflects the API change from 7.x-1.0 to 7.x-2.0, but we retain the major version 1 number for D8.

We are confident that it works with the Drupal 8 code base at the time of this release, but it will remain in BETA state until Drupal 8 is released.

Drupal 8 is under heavy development. We intend to follow core closely and ensure reliable operation, but obviously at this stage changes in core may break this version at any time. Please help us by reporting issues as soon as they pop up.
