chain_menu_access 8.x-1.0-beta4

This is BETA4 of Chain Menu Access API for Drupal 8. It was branched off 7.x-1.0 (a.k.a. 7.x-1.x-beta4) without any code changes.

We are confident that it works with the Drupal 8 code base at the time of this release, but it will remain in BETA state until Drupal 8 is released.

Drupal 8 is under heavy development. We intend to follow core closely and ensure reliable operation, but obviously at this stage changes in core may break this version at any time. Please help us by reporting issues as soon as they pop up.
