Releases for Cfr preset

Some cleanup, possibly a bug fix.

* dc3f3f9c Remember the exception thrown the first time, in Configurator_CfrPreset.
* 4610ca9b Use correct exception type.
* 1fc67b51 (CS+) No else after return.
* 2854f3b2 (CS+) (js) Omit unused parameter 'settings' in Drupal behavior.
* f2a27a9b (CS+) Omit redundant default parameter in call.

Don't block saving a preset if the original is 'Overridden'.
