The "CCK Required Reference Select" module developed by kndr has been added to the "CCK Required Select" package - see #789116: Node and User reference field support. It would be easier to have this functionality merged into the main module, to get rid of the need to enable a second module for that.

kndr, would you like to provide a patch against 6.x-2.x for this integration?

Thank you for incorporate my module into "CCK Required Single Select"! First, I have no idea how to smartly merge this modules into one. Second, I have no time to work on the patch, I'm sorry.
