Is it possible to change the default country to what the users country is based on IP address?

Was assuming any patch for this functionality will integrate with existing modules, which are already crowded in d.o, instead of baking something directly inside this module. Also would prefer a sub-module as I believe > 95% users do not need this functionality.

Hello cursor and Chin Kiong,
I created a submodule of cck_phone to locate country code based on ip address. Please review it. It depends upon IP-based Determination of a Visitor's Country Module.
