I'm focused on other modules. I'm looking for a new maintainer. And we need to figure out what to do with Tabs module first. See #1056562: Deprecate Tabs module for D7 in favor of Elements.

...+ adding proper tag and specific title so it makes sense on our dashboards (so many issues vaguely named 'D7 port' or similarly).

The http://drupal.org/project/field_group module appears to offer horizontal tabs and so may be used as a Drupal 7 replacement.

http://drupal.org/project/elements also has a horizontal tabs element for D7
