does anyone know of a way to add an option to "create new user" if an existing user is not found through userreference? Similar to the several add and reference type of modules for nodereference, but instead for userreference.

I have a content type called "projects" that I use for a jobboard at my office. I want to set it up so that when I create a new project, I can add the client's info and set them up an account simaltaniously. Or reference a user account if it was a project for a previous client. I want to do this so that they can check the status of their project, or add notes, etc to it.

Any thoughts are appreciated!
