Feedback/comment form under each paragraph?

I am not sure if this is already possible or if this should be considered a feature request.

I need to create a custom content type that the editors will use to create custom articles, requesting users comment on each paragraph. So for each paragraph that the editors added, the content type will expose a comment or a feedback form to end users. Something like:

(O) I like this because... 
Comment: [textarea]
Total 10 comments. See all comments [link to a separate page with all threaded comments listed for that particular paragraph.]

And I want the end users to comment, reply to comments etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
