How to hide node which already referenced? [#1404818]

Am trying to create a content type for question & answer, I need to hide the node which already referenced.

I mean to hide node title from reference selectbox in the form.

I found it, views is solution ..

How did you go about doing this using Views? I can't see any filter option for it?
