When I create a new category, the default behavior is to create a new menu item. This is problematic for two reasons:
1. It's not intuitive that a menu item would be created for a category. Menu Items are for tangible nodes. A category is more ephemeral and should not have a menu item unless otherwise specified.
2. Anonymous users, who see these links, just get "Access denied" errors when clicking on the link. It's not intuitive to by default create links that huge subsets of users on normal Drupal sites cannot use.
