When adding a new mapping all plugins are enabled by default on 2.x. On 1.x you got to choose which plugins you wanted.

This is needed because Omniture might be setup correctly with wildcard paths but APT needs some extra overridden values for certain paths. Therefore, the Omniture can stay the same but APT can be changed only.
