Release notes

Changes in this release include only the following bug fixes:
#889404: 'Access denied' when logging in from user/login
#893186: Default value for "Redirection notification message" not correct
#554820: InnoDB maximum key length error by adamfranco

This is mostly likely the last release on the 6.x-2.x branch, as the 6.x-3.x branch is nearing it's initial release.
