Include as part of feature

I'm having this issue as well. I added the Captcha After module and configured it for my login but when I try to export/import the settings via Features, I see the captcha right away (instead of after x failed attempts). Then, when I go back to the Captcha After settings page, none of the settings are there.

Has anyone found a way to resolve this? I really don't want to have to manually click to configure this every time, for every site, and I don't want to have to write SQL to make the changes either.
