I would like to request for a feature that you are able to add time how long the captcha is on if flood protect is on (1 min, 5 min, 10 min.. etc) so after that time the captcha check hides.

OR other way how it would be nice also is if after you've entered the flood captcha correctly, then the captcha resets and disapears from showing it.

can't you just configure main captcha module to omit challange when user solves captcha chalange - there are couple of options, I guess this one is OK:

Persistence: Omit challenges on a form type once the user successfully responds to a challenge on a form of that type.
