canvas 1.6.0

From a user's perspective, this is just a bug-fix release: there are no notable new features.

From a developer's perspective, to comply with the spirit of Semantic Versioning, we are releasing this as a new minor version, because if you're maintaining or integrating other Drupal modules that interact with Canvas, there are several changes that you might want to inspect prior to upgrading:

• Detect conflicts during auto-save polling changes the surface of AutoSaveManager and adds a HTTP Status 409 error response possibility for the polling request.
• Add a computed `src` field property to the image field type. Computed field properties are internal by default, so this addition shouldn't impact anything but noting it in case you have code that iterates internal field properties.
• Other "feat" commits in the Changelog section below are for code paths for either internal APIs that aren't reachable until we add the UI for them or are for features that are only enabled if you have the canvas_dev_mode module enabled, which you shouldn't have enabled on any site where stability is important.
