Overview

This is observed while testing #3557567: Canvas AI: Claude 3.7 Sonnet fails to execute parallel tool calls for title/metadata generation in Canvas AI orchestrator for Claude 3.7 Sonnet that page builder always calls canvas_metadata_generation_agent, even if it already has description.
This is a follow-up to https://www.drupal.org/project/canvas/issues/3557567#comment-16347986 (point2) to try to fix this behaviour.

Suggest we don't fix depending on the outcome of #3568734: Create a list of officially supported models / tools - Unless we can confirm this is a problem with opus?
