- This is probably not an experience builder issue and can go somewhere else.
- Its for allowing a vector database and semantic search instead of keywork search.
- This will allow semantic search to be used in an AI Assistant, in the Media library's UI without any LLM and for XB AI Agents.

- Requires figuring out how to require vector databases and needing default vector databases in a recipe.
