Investigate removing Entity Extra dependency

Problem/Motivation

This is stopping us from moving to Drupal 9. The module has not yet had a release beyond dev.

Proposed resolution

Move the code we need into Campaign Kit.

Determine the code we require and move it directly into Campaign Kit.
