So right now the legend only seems to grab taxonomy terms that are used with a future posted event.

I would like the legend to always display all terms, regardless of whether a future event is using the term. Possible?

I would like to see this added too...although I am using content types instead of taxonomy terms. Basically I need a persistent Calendar Legend even if there are no events during a particular month...any ideas anyone?
