Februaries with 29 days (in 2016 and 2020) are shown, Februaries with 28 days not. In non leap years also the "previous " navigation does not work, if March is displayed.

Good news: Starting from 01.01.2017 the month pager and other pagers with month granularity display February correct.

That´s true for an untouched and unchanged Installation with core 8.2.3 and calendar dev. module from December 28th and for an upgraded installation (core 8.2.4 and same calendar module).

I do not know, if the change of the year is responsible for this "self healing".

This should be fixed in #2737239: Missing months with less than 31 days, only on the 31st of a month.
