Calendar 7.x-3.5 problem with view

I had this problem this few day and I had using Drupal for 2 years saw this problem a few day ago hope anyone can help me fix this problem.

My problem is when I login in to admin to edit my calendar event below my page the view I can see the time is correct. The problem is after I login out the admin just use the internet to go back to my webpage went into the calendar to see my event the event and time time is there but the time is one hour more than what I set so went back to the edit the time is correct. But after logout this time is one hour more on all the time but the time in the past month is correct so hope any one can help me thanks
