Follow up to: #2600418: “create from template” functionality

That issue created templates for base field on entities.

Now the user added fields need templates.

First try at it. Tested on Configurable fields for both nodes and users

Add a couple of @todo. 1 change from hardcode 'user.node_grants:view' context.
