Row plugin conditionals should fall back to their defaults

Follow-up from #2600430: Style plugin conditional options.

Problem/Motivation

The row plugin has conditional fields. When fields are not visible on the form, they keep the value that was already stored there instead of falling back to their defaults.

This results in unexpected behaviour as seen here:

Proposed resolution

Let invisible fields fallback to their default.
