Rule not working, and cannot delete

Hi. I installed this module, along with the button field, which created a new event and condition. I then set the action to page redirect. However nothing happened. No redirect. So I thought to start over, and tried to delete the rule, but although it goes through it's paces to ask me if I'm sure if I want to delete, and then says it's deleted, it still appears. So it's impossible to delete rules. Any ideas on this? Thanks.
