Rules Link - Something similar

Hi there.

Great module so far :-)

We just wonder if there might be some similar functionality like the Rules Link for former D7 Rules (https://www.drupal.org/project/rules_link).

Use - Case:

Add Button to a node.
When button is clicked user is referenced to the current node via entity reference.
Button is set to inactive.
Mail is sent to node author and user.

Can anybody help?
