Hi,

I am unable to hide any panes when viewed with a mobile device: The option "Is Mobile Reverse (NOT)" doesn't seem to be working. It does work the other way round though and the panes in question do not show in regular browsers when I unset the "Reverse (NOT)" option.

In my case I am unable to SHOW any panes when viewed with a mobile device: The option "Is Mobile (yes)" doesn't seem to be working ("Browscap_ctools" (7.x-1.0). It does not work the other way round "Is Mobile Reverse (NOT)" in question so it do not hide in phone browser when I set the "Reverse (NOT)".
Theme = at_panels_everywhere.

BUT here is the issue - solve the problem http://drupal.org/node/1861832
- I did forget to "use" a browscap_ctool who was "fixed"

Both Is mobile and Reverse Is mobile work with dev version 2013-Apr-13
