I just noticed that all of the image galleries in all of our articles have thumbnails that are huge and extend outside of the boundaries. I tried clearing the cache and enable/disable but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you attach an image of the config page and an example of the tag being used to include the gallery(s)?

All 227 galleries embedded in posts have been working fine and then it just went wonky. The config (3 column, 150 px width) and tags are ok -- using format [bg|gallery name]. And when I click on each individual box the correct image shows up just fine in the lightbox. It's just the thumbnail view which has gone haywire.

Then I don't know either :) Unless it has something todo with this new feature in 6.x-3.6:

On the initiative and thanks to code from pluess there is now a setting for neat square thumbnails (both portrait and landscape images are cropped around their geometric centers). Examples: natural and squared.

I just looked at the input filters and it looks like when we upgraded some modules a few of the filters somehow went to -10 automatically. When I set them in the proper order, problem resolved! Note to self, always check the input filters... Thanks for your help.
