Failed to open

I put this in my HTML text:

[function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in render_brilliant_gallery() (line

Resulting in this messages:

I trie two tags
[bg|location = https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/villacomfort/albumid/53...
and this one
[bg|https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/villacomfort/albumid/53...

Sometimes I got a lot of errormessages like these:

Neither one of them is working correctly. I followed the instruction steps. Put it in a basic page as body text.

I installed the module, make bg tag as content filter in configuration. Must I do more than this? Thanks for help.
