bracket 6.x-2.0-beta1

This is a beta release for the 2.x version of Tournament Brackets. It includes the following enhancements:

1. The option to produce HTML output. Each bracket design contains a template (.tpl.php) and css file that are used to theme the bracket. HTML output is selected under Bracket Display Options. Bracket admin settings also contains a default output option.
2. The option to cache bracket images and pdf streams. If enabled, all non-update users will receive a cached image. This can significantly improve performance on high-traffic sites. Bracket caching is enabled under Bracket admin settings - an button to clear the bracket cache is available there as well. This is separate from the site cache setting.
