We are creating an installation profile.
In accordance with good practices we install modules in modules/contrib, modules/custom and modules/features.
The make file has the moopapi module installed directly into the modules directory instead of modules/contrib.

To fix this for our installation profile I will add a patch that just comments out the dependencies in the make file.
In the make file for our installation profile we add the necessary modules and libraries and have them installed in the correct directories.
