Release notes

Fixes #1888986: Setting smaller "Minimum image width" then default 250px breaks resizing, ensures that all features are working on a vanilla install, updated the output HTML to make it all more awesome, including a better way not to load images in. Generally more tight and awesome.

Tested and works with ImageField Focus's Focus Scale and Crop. Highly recommended as a companion module as different images will be generated allowing for both responsive images and art direction.
