Borealis RI only runs function borealis_ri_theme_registry_alter after drush cc all. If I refresh the page it does not run the function. It is as if Drupal forgets that the module was registered. As a result it does not run any part of the module.

I don't see why it would matter, but I am using the module in conjunction with Scald and Focal Point.

Advice for troubleshooting? Anyone else run into this issue?
