when click on the source tab the body height is auto

Steps to reproduce

open the CK editor and click on the source tab, notice that the body height is not 100%

Proposed resolution

change the height from auto to 100%

The patch in #2 works for us too.

Bootstrap Styles : 1.2.1

Please could we get a release with this? It keeps tripping me up on news sites.
