Hoping for a soft release.
Further full testing rounds will follow.
At this time testing with the 2.x-dev branch.

I am waiting for https://www.drupal.org/project/media_library_form_element/issues/3304993 D10 support to create BLB modules D10 tags.

Following will all needed modules.
Having full testing rounds this and next week under Drupal 10
For sure following on any need to change code too.

FYI there has been a D10 release but unfortunately does not work in D10. #3330458: Fix Drupal 10 Change of JS jquery/once to Drupal core/once, migrate JS API may fix it from bootstrap styles side but work still needs to be done bootstrap layout builder side.
