Responsive: Background Color (circle styles)

Problem/Motivation

Style of background inputs/labels (colored circles) is only applied to "all devices", but not on individual device styles.

Steps to reproduce

• Create background styles for all devices in "Background" styles configuration
• Create a block, configure, go to Styles > Background
• Click on each device icon, note desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile use radio inputs, all devices uses styled colored circles

Proposed resolution

Simple patch to update the css selector to include all variants
