Updates all APIs to utilize the new core layout_discovery module.

The contrib module, https://www.drupal.org/project/layout_plugin, is no longer required and must first be uninstalled before you can update to this version.
This is the 8.x-5.x development branch.
This branch utilizes the bundled core layout_discovery module instead of the contrib Layout Plugin module.
Use at your own discretion (i.e. not recommended for use on production sites).

This project was completely overhauled to simplify templates and provide extensible customizability.
This release contains an update that will automatically upgrade 8.x-3.x layout instances in Display Suite and Page Manager.
