Any chance the jQuery library called can be the "Default jQuery Library"? At the moment it is called the "Alternate jQuery version for administrative pages". This is not ideal as various admin pages do not play nice with version higher than 1.5.

Thoughts?

Please use jquery_update 7.x-3.x-dev as of this writing. You will be able to use default 1.4 for admin and configure separately for theme.

Not sure this is answering the issue. If I do not set admin jQuery to 1.10 then the tabs break. The theme jQuery makes no difference whatsoever if it is changed. I am however using 7.x-2.5. Is there a new feature inside dev 7.3 which fixes this?

Yes, 7.x-2.5 is bundled with jQuery 1.5 as a minimum if not mistaken, core is using 1.4, which is available in 7.x-3.x

So the issue still remains.

Default jQuery Version: from the JQuery module is not used for these tabs.
Alternate jQuery version for administrative pages: from the jQuery module is used for these tabs

So what I am asking for would be, can the tabs call the Default jQuery Version instead of the Admin Alternative?

OK so having now upgraded to the latest JQuery 7.x-3.0-alpha2 all is resolved. I thought I was on this version but was still on version 2.
