smooth page scrolling doesn't work in firefox but in chrome works well.
In live demo (http://ironsummitmedia.github.io/startbootstrap-agency/) page scroling in forefox works too.

In attachment my index.html which is generated by drupal. In hard links i've changed from http://my.domain.com to ...

This is not fixable at the moment. See #2462645: Create @BootstrapPlugin for "bootstrap-anchor".
